I did modified Ferber method with our twins! 10/10 recommend! They shared a room. By night 3 they went from waking up every 3 hours to sleeping 11-12 hours straight!

Twin mom of girls! 7 months. We sleep train where they go down after their 8pm feeding. We don’t go back in the room unless they are crying non stop. Since then they don’t wake up until 5am feeding

For our twins they are 15 months now, we sleep trained one at a time! Probably a month total to sleepy train. They now get 3-5 min rock each to set the mood and then get put into their cribs and fall sleep on their own. They sleep 12 hours every night.
