Cool fact about me, when I was born and raised Okinawa in the 80s. Okinawa was a launch point for the SR-71. because of my dad's job he knew flight times, he took me up on this hill that overlooked the flight line at kadena Air Force Base when they would launch those super early in the morning like 1:00 a.m. I don't really remember the specific time but it was super early cuz it was pitch Black. and I was like five. I got to see a couple of launches of those aircraft.
