I've seen people call his room " the luxury room" or "the penthouse" of the apartment but it was just a storage room that he cleaned out and that's why he was able to afford it. as for his tech I'm pretty sure in civil war is when he said he dumpster dives and makes his own stuff and it's quality enough that it impressed tony
