I was at an inspection last week that had no insulation in the Attic. the superintendent was freaking out and had to look for himself because he didn't believe me. before I was finished at the inspection and left the insulation truck pulled up to start blowing in insulation. sometimes I wonder if they intentionally "forget it" to save on cost
