I realized recently that I was the same age that they were on a lot of the shows I watched growing up, like friends, where they were just starting their lives and it kinda blew my mind

my 40s have blown every other decade of my life out of the water by miles. It just gets so much better. We do a huge disservice to kids by telling them they are in the best parts of their life in their teens and 20s. It sets them up for anxiety and failure

I’m turning 62 tomorrow. For me every decade held it’s good and bad but my 50s really had me enjoying life. Valuing every day small moments. I truly appreciate what matters and don’t focus on what doesn’t.
