This sounds like the McDonald’s hot coffee lawsuit. It sounds silly (at face value) but at the end of the day it’s just a person trying to make ends meet with all of the medical bills. There is a point where they need to be held liable/accountable even if risk is implied already

No contract can protect you against gross negligence, even if the ticket warned her, if a jury or judge says it was their duty to have a higher net/more secure net, she wins. Not an easy case but not an automatic lose.

For those saying the stadium has warning signs saying theyre not liable, imagine I drive my car and I put a sign that says "youre out in public, im not liable if I hit you with my car, if you dont want to get hit stay inside" that's not how that works.
