It‘s such a small detail, but I genuinely think it’s worth the extra step. I already love the combination of spicy, savory gochujang and fresh crunchy cucumbers, so this version was right up my alley. It‘s refreshing, packed with flavor, and makes such a perfect summer side dish. If you’re looking for a fun new way to make cucumber salad, definitely give this one a try! 🥒🤍 ✨ Spiral Gochujang Cucumber Salad Ingredients 7 small Persian cucumbers - Quick Pickle 3 Tbsp rice vinegar 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt - Dressing 2 Tbsp gochugaru 1½ Tbsp gochujang 1 Tbsp soy sauce ½ Tbsp minced garlic 1 Tbsp fish sauce 1½ Tbsp sugar 2 tsp sesame seeds 2 tsp sesame oil Directions 1. Place each cucumber between 2 chopsticks. Cut diagonal slices on one side, flip it over, then make straight slices on the other side. The cucumber will naturally stretch into a spiral. 2. Toss with the vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain (don‘t rinse). 3.
