As the #1 Spider-Man fan and glazer, to be totally fair Wanda was NOT raised up in the same way that Peter was. Peter had so much love and friendships to lift him up before he lost it. Wanda was just in the mud from the start, then lost her only family, then finally got some good people around her, just for the fake family to break up and her mans to die.
