i changed myself for him, I’ve done a strict diet and my hair started falling off so i got buzzcut. I literally tried to be a better person he said that we cant date bcz its a sin even tho im muslim too I agreed. then i found out he’s been dating someone i hate sm.. like was i enough or what? u said we cant be together its a sin but its not a sin w him? I’ll see them both in hell literally..

The whole “you be gay but dont act on it” is so sad. I was also very religous and believed if i just didnt act on it i could stay religous. The truth is you cant not act on it and keeping yourself in the closet for this reason is very sad

One of my closest friends had religious guilt when I first started knowing him, it sucks seeing someone hate and be afraid of who they are. Years passed since then, I’ve met him irl recently and he looks so happy when calling his boyfriend! I was a Muslim but I let go of the religion a while ago because why would I be in a religion that doesn’t accept me and also because of other reasons but yea hopefully he realises that it’s not worth it to live like that and that it’s okay to be yourself

As a Christian, love is not a sin. The verse most Christian's bring up when it comes to same sex relationships is a verse that got translated wrongly several decades ago, if not centuries. I hope you find someone who either sees that or isn't as religious, if not religious at all 🫂🫂
