Garlic Parmesan Surf and Turf Pasta Ingredients 12 oz penne pasta 1 lb steak, cut into thick slices 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Instructions 1\. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2\. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and let it rest before slicing. 3\. Season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4\. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the same skillet. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. 5\. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 6\. Pour in the heavy cream and milk. Stir gently and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. 7\. Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce and toss until every piece is coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water. 8\. Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the pasta and let it melt into the sauce. 9\. Arrange the sliced steak and cooked shrimp on top of the creamy pasta. Cover the skillet for 1–2 minutes over low heat to warm everything through. 10\. Finish with chopped fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve hot with the juicy steak, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, and rich garlic Parmesan sauce. #GarlicParmesanSurfandTurfPasta #recipelady1111 #fyp #saveforlater #followmeformore
