Summer Tomato & Peach Bread Dip Serves 6–8 Ingredients ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1½ cups diced heirloom tomatoes
1 large ripe peach, diced
½ cup chopped Castelvetrano olives
3 ounces prosciutto, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon Aleppo pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
½ cup Lifeway Farmer Cheese
Balsamic syrup, for finishing
Toasted ciabatta, for serving Instructions Add the balsamic vinegar, garlic, tomatoes, peach, olives, prosciutto, lemon zest, Aleppo pepper, basil and oregano to a shallow serving bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Warm the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not smoking.
