I think that was awful what the owner did wow I'm surprised too I mean just give him a night you know and be nice what's a big deal she's wrong I hope they never go there again

The owner was absolutely out of line. She could have handled it decently. Those customers bought a lot of food and were given some sort of permission before they arrived for this celebration. The owner should have treated these customers with manners and made provisions for this to not happen in the future. The owner seems hostile and horrible.
