You may reiterate your strengths, and repeat things you’ve already shared in the in the job interview.   ❌DO NOT TELL THEM that they should hire you because you want the job, everyone wants the job.   ✅INSTEAD tell them What you can do for the organization.   When someone says to you, “why do you want to work here?” Your answer shouldn’t be, what the company can do for you. It should be what you can do for the company.   The interviewer already knows what they can do for you. They know what benefits they provide. They know what they can do for you as an employer. But they don’t know what you can do for them.   Remember a hiring manager is sitting there thinking, can this person do the job? Do I want to spend x salary dollars on this person. You should be convincing them in the interview that you have the skills to do the job, that you have what it takes.   👉🏼Tell them how you can be a value add to their organization.👈🏼   🔥How you can help them achieve their goals. “I want to work here because I know one of your 3rd quarter goals is to break into the retail market in specifically in the area of e-commerce and as we’ve discussed I have done that in my last two positions, I know I can help you achieve your goals and get where you want to go”   Convince them that you’re not only qualified for this job but you will help them achieve their goals.
