1. John Walker arrested a man that had already surrendered and was in his custody. 2. Steve was never shown to kill people if he didn't have to (like idk an active war and being attacked). 3. You can't just say Steve would execute the guy if he was in the same position because you have no evidence to back that claim up. John Walker is a good character but you defending his actions shows that you don't understand him whatsoever.

Let’s see here: became Captain America and tried his best yet Steve’s best friends constantly hated him and, while fighting TERRORISTS THAT KILLED INNOCENTS his best friend dies and no one cares at all, he chases down a TERRORIST who also threw a concrete trash can at him which would have killed him had he been normal human and then killed said terrorist who was a super soldier therefore dangerous even unarmed.
