The owner was very wrong. Lots of restaurants let you bring in a cake. I would not go there. That was wicked of her.

I have thrown parties at Billiard Bars in the past , I’ve brought sheet cakes , balloons and people from work . They knew me and all of us , we spent money many times a week . Never did I have an issue ( and yes I forgot the knife that day , they let me use one NO CHARGE )
