My nephew is a Buena Park police officer and he says they are arresting EVERYONE they suspect of a DUI/under the influence regardless of of what happens in the field. They will then let the legal system play out. He says roughly 25% of them end up not having anything in their system.

I hope he wins.It's a damn shame they will not admit that they are wrong and made a mistake.They are dead set on getting this guy on a d w I even though he is blue in the breathalyzer, twice, and it still comes up.Negative, now they're wanting to do urine in blood, I hope he gets a good lawyer and fucks them up.And they lose their jobs and he makes a good payday
