@inventionontt: Original Video Credit: IG/diyouyuxi Clear film is placed over the tattoo before the laser begins firing through it. With each pulse, the inked skin briefly turns white, but instead of stopping, the technician simply repositions the patch and continues treating the remaining sections. The laser breaks tattoo pigment into tiny particles while also creating microscopic gas bubbles that produce the temporary white "frosting" effect. The perfluorodecalin (PFD) patch absorbs these gases and reduces surface scattering, allowing additional laser energy to reach the ink without waiting for the frosting to fade. This technique can make tattoo removal sessions more efficient by enabling multiple treatment passes during a single appointment. By reducing downtime between passes, PFD patches may improve ink clearance while helping shorten the overall removal process. No copyright infringement intended.
