He was often heavily sedated, lethargic, slurring his words, and completely spaced out. The security team noticed a predictable pattern. Not a single person can imagine how hard and difficult it must be like to be under constant surveillance. Literally every second of his life was recorded, analyzed and judged by tabloids and the whole world. On top of that having HIS CHILDREN‘s privacy and bodily autonomy taken away is another form of stressful trauma especially for Michael as their parent

Yeah it most definitely was probably the effects medication. Something so small can give a person the biggest reaction that's not called for. When it cleard out his system he probably didn't even remember his behavior or actions

What happened after this: Michael eventually calmed down from his panic and decided to stay down by the pool area. Bill went to get a first-aid kit to clean Michael's bleeding hands with peroxide, gauze, and Band-Aids. The hotel ended up charging Michael's team $8,000 for the destruction of the property (the ripped-up wires and surveillance setup). Bill didn't argue or try to negotiate the price. He immediately handed over a credit card to pay the $8,000 fine on the spot. Bill's primary goal was preventing the manager from calling the police or leaking the story to the media. He knew that if the public found out the "King of Pop" was tearing up pool equipment in a paranoid panic, it would create a massive media circus.

First of all he is strong as hell damn , Second of all he wasnt on drugs he was traumatized for his kids because they were everything to him and plus michael and debbie was aware that people was saying they are trying to steal his kids like kidnapped em and take them from him( im not talking abt child services)
