i genuinely have been thinking about this for like months and i think i do have ocd because almost everything i research i match it, including the ones you mentioned in the videos, i like dont know if i have it or not and everytime i try to tell it to my friends or something they just say ‘dude you dont have ocd wrap it up’ i literally gave them a list of proof but i dont think they read it even and if i try to tell my parents theyll just say im seeking attention or im just bored and ive been having these symptoms since i was a kid but everyone just watered it down so i thought it was normal and happened to everyone until now because ive been starting to notice the stuff ive been doing and feeling/thinking and i told another one of my friends and they called me autistic, im literally not autistic, theyre two completely different things, it irritates me that i dont know if i have it or not because i cant even ask to get diagnosed, and i cant do it by myself because im a minor

I have what you call « pure OCD » (im 23 and had my diagnosis at 15). At 15 before my diagnosis I thought I was going crazy because I had violent intrusive thoughts towards my loved ones😭 I cried, became depressed and drank. I have had many « themes » and I have spent all my teenage and early adult years in my head, ruminating and waiting my youth away…
