These lamb meatballs are perfect for baby led weaning. The trick is soaking the breadcrumbs in the Greek yougurt and water first and adding 2 eggs. These 2 things make the consistency of the meatballs nice and soft and easy for Bub to ‘chew’ and swallow. I just give my baby 1/2 a ball at a time otherwise he can get a bit excited and try and put too much in his mouth (and also too much ends up in the floor 😝). Hope you love this recipie! 1 cup panko crumbs 3/4 cup water 2 TBS Greek yougurt 500g lamb mince 2 eggs 1//4 c chopped parsley 1 TBS Moroccan blend mix Mix together yougurt and water and soak breadcrumbs in that. Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl, form small balls. Bake in over on about 190c for about 20mins. Start checking them at 15 mins, all ovens are different. If you end up freezing uncooked mixture in balls.
