I'm more of a ladies type of guy. But it can be a number of things. see if you can pull transmission codes to clue you a bit. I'm thinking sticky check all in the valve body plate or you 12, 34 clutch packs are burnt . Can even be a bypass solenoid or dirty pump, screens etcetera.
