The Nile River is fed by two main tributaries: the White Nile and the Blue Nile. The White Nile originates in the African Great Lakes region, with its most distant source in Rwanda or Burundi, and flows into Lake Victoria. The Blue Nile begins at Lake Tana in the Ethiopian Highlands.

The source of Nile is located in few places scattered around African countries. But, the most and ultimate further source is actually located in Nyungwe Forest, Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda. It's the most distant of any sources of Nile ever recorded and this headwaters can be tracing back deep in this jungle where's the spring is located! People may claimed other further sources as well but recent research and GPS dara over the past few years prove this headwaters is the true main source of Nile!

this river evaporates without reaching Egypt only like 20 percent of it that can reach there but Ethiopian nile river that reachs Egypt is around 80 percent so real source is Ethiopia nile that's why Egypt always want to accuse Ethiopia

The nile has two sources which is the white nile and blue nile(white nile is the longest source it originates from Lake Victoria in kenya /Uganda then travel to feeders rivers like the mahera in Rwanda, while the blue nile provides like 80 %of the water and it originates from Ethiopia lake tana ,later on the bluenile and white nile meet in khartoum (Sudan)to.form.the Nile river
