Iv fixed my grandfathers house and finally in 2025 I managed to buy my own house for my kids. It doesn’t matter what you do to a house, if it is not yours, you cannot claim ownership to let other siblings & grandkids suffer.

You will never hear successful people talking/fighting about family house, People who are well financially stable they won't entertain such thing as a family house, only people who failed in life and end up poor will always claim that their home is family house, parents should normalize writing a WILL while they are still alive and make it clear to the entire family that when they are no more a house and Stan will belong to who, and the rest must find their own Stan and build for family they will start, that's hard topic some parents are avoiding and it end up destroying siblings...
