I wish California would start writing more tickets for tinted windows. The biggest reason people in California tint their windows is to hide their distracted driving AKA being on their phone

give them tickets. as a licensed state inspector. 8 get my ass handed to if I put a sticker on a vehicle with tint issues. by the DMV. if you dont ticket. makes me look like an A-hole and harder to do my job. that yiur state requires us to enforce. hard to do, when you dont help us out
