if God knows something before it's happened why did he not stop Adam and Eve from eating that fruit, if you just start thinking straight look good brain our Fathers because they ate that fruit but according if we just think straight we have to bring him for doing that because you can't command someone who don't know what's good and bad to do something (just on my personal experience I have a boy who don't know what's good and bad and in most of the time what I see is the things which I told him not to do it's the thing what's he likes to do so I don't know on God because God knows better than us)

But why should Judas be condemned in the first place? The death of Jesus was a prophecy fulfillment and God himself is the one who made this happen. So he obviously had to use someone or some people to carry out the act. So judas merely player a role already destined by God.

Judas hanged himself → his body eventually fell from the hanging place → his body struck the ground and ruptured. Matthew gives the manner in which Judas killed himself: hanging. Acts gives what happened to his body afterward: he fell and was violently broken open. The two writers are therefore focusing on different aspects of the same event.
