Just lost a front tooth to an abcess. Dr said the tooth was dead and probably had been for years. The abcess came out hanging on to the root of the tooth, he popped it with his fingers to be sure that what it was. Then was checking out the tooth and couldn't find anything wrong with it so no idea when or why it died. Just got a flipper this morning which feels very weird but looks good.
