I remember years ago being shown a refugee neighbourhood (site).......it looked like a neighbourhood in Vancouver Canada. 3 & 4 story walk-ups with a scattering of hi rises , paved streets & sidewalks, markets & stores (depanneurs) ........not super fancy but certainly not what we think of when we hear 'refugee camp'.
