i have them and they are motion sensored. idk if this is the exact brand but i like them. they last a few weeks before they need a charge. rechargeable. the thing that goes on the wall sticks way too well tho like better than a command strip so measure first that way they are even cuz i fucked up and one of mine has a command strip instead of what it came with. and its a magnet on the other side. the magnet is what the light goes on to stick to the wall. I recommend getting more than a 4 pack for both sides of a stairwell. my stairwell i only needed 4 cuz my stairs only have one wall. anyones from a random person who took a shot and got them get them
