l am a nurse myself, and I have spent almost a year searching for a job. Unfortunately, I am not getting opportunities in private hospitals, and nursing colleges are also not hiring me. Even after completing my nursing degree, I am still struggling to find a proper job. I completed my internship, but it was unpaid as well. Private nursing colleges charge lakhs of rupees per semester, and after spending 4–5 years studying, there is still no guarantee of a good job in the future. Even when nurses get jobs in private hospitals, the salary is often very low, with rotational duties including morning, evening, and night shifts. Honestly, there is a lot of pressure and competition in this field. After investing so many years, money, and effort into nursing, it is very disappointing to face such limited opportunities and low salaries. It makes it difficult for young nurses to build a stable future.
