Very well said ! Suzzy you are more than qualified to give this advise. Myself I closed two eateries before finally settling on this . Creating a niche for yourself is the best thing you can do for your business. The clients themselves can sway you in a direction if you are not focused. Up until now people still ask for items we don't do oh madam add some kontomire kakra 😳 😳when we don't do those so if you think about the money you will be misdguided. Sometimes clients even send their own menu: forcing you to think you will get market going forward. You really cannot do everything

Well said because the stress and mental health thing is serious oh. One customer called wanting to order something and I told her I was not available until after 3 weeks. She wanted me to create time for her order even though I told her clearly that I won’t even be in town and won’t have the time. She got angry because anytime she needs something urgently, I find time to make it for her but the one time I told her I wouldn’t be able to, she didn’t want to understand. Not she doesn’t even talk to me again and she is even owing me GH¢500 on top kraa. How do I ask her for my money mpo. To be honest for me if you give me an order and I know I can’t do it, I will tell you straight ahead.
