This is an old case. If I remember correctly I think they were trying to arrest the guy that shot the suspect. And I think as well that the bystander that shot the suspect knew him.

For anyone interested in the story, I watched the whole thing a while back. Unfortunately the officer did pass away. But they found the guy and he of course didn’t give up without a fight. I’m not sure if he died, or if he’s still alive
