I use to have all these symptoms unfortunately. Can def be scary sometimes! I use to take melatonin to fall alseep until things got better. And luckily..they did! If you ever need to take your mind off of things..please reach out!

I got bipolar 1 and have asked drs if I have schizophrenia because I have the same problems as you but they all said no. Insomnia sucks

I have major depression disorder with pyschosis (it’s bad!), adhd, anxiety and bipolar…do you ever text your friends random shit that make no sense?! It’s like you’re drunk texting an ex but you’re not, and you can’t help it?!🤦♀️I wish I was able to store my phone away or someone would take it away when I have these episodes

I feel you bro. It’s a vicious cycle. I’m schizoaffective and have OCD. The schizophrenia keeps my brain loud. The bipolar keeps me wired because I’m rapid cycling. And the OCD is where all that wired energy goes. It’s living hell.
