Pedantic point but the limitations act gives you a defence to court action, it doesn’t ban them from taking it and the court won’t apply the defence for you

Trust me! I have been asking my creditors for legally binging information in the form of a dsar for over a YEAR! I have an active complaint ongoing with the ICO and every collector they’ve sent my way has sent the debt back. Yet I’m still being threatened with bailiffs
