The recipe makes 4 servings so perfect for your lunch’s and reheats really well. If you can, add mayo after microwaving. Ingredients (4 Servings) Follow for low FODMAP recipes! Meatballs: 750g 5% lean beef mince 1 large egg 50g gluten-free breadcrumbs 15g fresh chives, finely chopped 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt Black pepper Bravas Sauce 320g passata 30g tomato purée 180ml low FODMAP beef stock 1 tsp garlic-infused olive oil 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sweet paprika ½ tsp ground cumin 2 tsp red wine vinegar 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) Salt & black pepper Patatas 1kg miniature potatoes, halved 1 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt & pepper ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda (for boiling)(only if you have it) Garlic Mayo 80g light mayonnaise 120g 0% Greek yoghurt 10ml fresh lemon juice 1 tsp garlic-infused olive oil Pinch of salt Pinch of black pepper Method: 1. Parboil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain and shake rigorously the rough up the edges for the best crisp. Oil & Season and cook in the air fryer for around 18 minutes on 200. 2. Mix together the meatball ingredients and make 20 meatballs. Mix until combined, don’t overwork the mince or they may be overly dense. In a hot pan, spray with oil and sear meatballs on all sides. It should take no longer than 4-5 minutes. 3. Remove meatballs from the pan then cook tomato puree for 2 minutes before adding smoked paprika, sweet paprika & cumin for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add stock, passata & red wine vinegar. If your passata is particularly sharp, add 1 tsp of maple syrup or sugar. 4. Add meatballs back into the pan and simmer gently with the lid on for 10 minutes. Check sauce consistency in the last couple of minutes & remove lid if too loose. It should cling to the meatballs rather than be watery. 5. Mix together Aioli ingredients and add water if too thick until desired consistency. Assemble potato’s and meatballs and pour over braves sauce & generously coat with Aioli. Per serving: 560 Calories 17g Fat 49g Protein #lowfodmap #gutfriendly #ibsrecipes #EasyRecipes #quickmeals
