@thesunnahguy: One of the biggest lessons I've learnt over the last few years is that opportunities rarely come looking for you. They usually find you while you're already moving. Some of the best friendships I've made... The biggest business opportunities I've had... The conversations that completely changed the way I think... None of them happened because I stayed in my comfort zone. They happened because I decided to show up. I booked the flight. I attended the event. I introduced myself. I put myself in rooms where I knew nobody. And every single time, Allah opened a door I never saw coming. I think too many people are waiting for life to happen to them. Waiting for the perfect opportunity. The perfect connection. The perfect time. But most of the time, Allah places opportunities in front of the people who are already making an effort. The Prophet ﷺ didn't wait for people to come to him. He travelled. He met people. He built relationships. He took the means, whilst placing his trust in Allah. Tawakkul isn't sitting still and hoping something changes. It's doing everything within your capacity... Then trusting Allah with the outcome. So if you've been waiting for your life to change... Maybe don't wait for the opportunity. Become the person who's willing to walk towards it.
