Here’s what you’ll need 👇 • Lean ground beef 2 lbs • Taco seasoning • Red bell pepper • Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges • Plain Greek yogurt • Carb Balance burrito-size tortillas • Fat-free shredded cheese • Siete tortilla chips For the taco sauce: • Light sour cream • Plain Greek yogurt • Lime juice • Taco seasoning For serving: lettuce, taco sauce, extra cheese, any of your favorite toppings ❤️ Preheat your oven to 400°F. Sauté the diced bell pepper until softened, then brown your ground beef and drain any excess grease. Add taco seasoning, the bell pepper, Laughing Cow cheese and Greek yogurt and mix until everything is creamy and combined. For the taco sauce, mix together light sour cream, Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice and taco seasoning.
