It can happen from dehydration after throwing up from food poisoning, I can assure you. Luckily it comes right back after you are rehydrate.

I was combo feeding due to severe PPA and the meds they gave me, but was able to get my supply back up after several weeks of pumping! We are almost 9 weeks now and have been back to exclusively chest feeding for 3 weeks
