@sumeriansavage: Ea-Nasir was an ancient Mesopotamian copper merchant from Ur (modern Iraq), infamous for delivering low-quality goods and terrible customer service and we know this because of the world's oldest customer complaint letter from around 1750 BCE. One frustrated buyer, Nanni, wrote on a clay tablet angrily demanding a refund after receiving bad copper and being treated disrespectfully by Ea-Nasir's workers.
