Cop doesn’t know the actual law he’s basing his statements off of his own interpretation of what a private street is no matter what if it has access from public in a utility easement that’s not a private road in fact it has to have signage making it so

Please come to Naples Florida. The Naples Police station has 5 of these signs surrounding the building and ONLY the police station. This is a HUGE violation of the First Amendment, freedom of the press. The U.S Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of videoing law-enforcement in the course of their duties. These signs must come down. The verbiage on this sign is referring to Commercial Agricultural Property. aka crops, livestock, or farm products for profit. How embarrassing for the city of Naples Florida.
