The surrogate needs to pay back the 250k to the birth parents for breach of contract, she needs to be held liable for all current and future medical bills of the baby, and be sued for pain and suffering from the parents 😒.

Surrogacy needs to be outlawed. Too many of these situations happen and nobody wins especially not the child. This child is doomed either way. Either it would have been aborted or live a suffering life.
