I was prescribed a bunch of different meds for ptsd, bipolar disorder and anxiety. I felt like they made me a zombie. I took myself off everything and started working out and taking better care of myself physically and I feel like that has helped me more then the meds did

Been taking Prozac for about 3 years now, and my motivation and drive has completely been destroyed, legit everything I do I have to procrastinate for 20 minutes straight until finally make a decision of just to not do it. And it’s genuinely so bad because I’m only 17, and on this medication it has made chasing my dreams 100x harder than it usually was.
