I thought about giving a bottle at night but I heard breast milk has more melatonin at night to help baby sleep but I haven’t noticed any difference 😭

Once you put her down for bed, do you make sure to follow all the rules for bedtime like dark room no lights? My husband and I like to watch tv and wind down before going to bed so not sure how that would work if the room has to be dark

What do you do between the dinner feed and bedtime feed if she doesn’t fall asleep? Mine definitely has a witching hour, and most of the time he ends up falling asleep closer to the bedtime feed, so it’s always a guess whether I should wake him up or let him sleep and throw off the whole schedule.

Okay but does she not freak out in between cat nap and bed time feed? The bath can keep her happy for a bit but as soon as I take her lot to get dressed she’s freaking the heckkk out until she eats. “Tender time” is not a thing lol
