Once I was served my coffee in the cutest mug out of the cutest carafe, and I just asked if I could buy it. The lady literally said “if you tip me, $30, I’ll just say I broke it.” 😂 and now I have a cute carafe 😂

I got served on the prettiest plate one day. I looked it up online and one plate was $65. I asked the waiter what happened if I took it and he said “less for me to clean off the table.” I tipped him an extra $20. And he asked me if I wanted a couple more for a full set😂😂

I worked for my uncle’s restaurant. The number of things he had stolen would shock. It must have cost them thousands over the years. They were just middle class people. So like the thefts didn’t break them but it might have been the difference between a vacation that year or not.
