chewy brown butter chocolate chunk cookies 🍪 used my regular recipe but changed up a few things! recipe: for this batch i doubled the recipe, which is why it looks like there’s so much dough in the video! the recipe below is the original amount :) ingredients ½ cup browned butter (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) moser roth chocolate, chopped (measure with your heart 🤎) instructions brown the butter, then while it’s still very warm (almost hot, but not boiling), pour it directly over the brown sugar and granulated sugar. whisk until smooth and glossy. (using the butter while it’s still warm helps create a thinner, crispier cookie.) let the mixture cool for just a minute or two so it isn’t hot enough to cook the egg, then whisk in the egg and vanilla until fully combined. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. fold in the chopped moser roth chocolate. scoop the dough and shape each cookie into a tall cone. ( i think i did 115g balls ) this helps encourage thicker centers while baking. bake at 375°f for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are just set. enjoyyy ! :3 #chocolatechipcookies #cookies #Recipe #baking #bakingrecipe

✨ Ingredients For the skillet * 500 g smoked sausage, sliced * 4 potatoes, cubed * 1 onion, sliced * 2 tbsp butter * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated * ½ cup dark ale or beef broth * 1 tsp smoked paprika * Black pepper * Salt To serve * Dark bread * Mustard * Fresh parsley ⸻ 👩🍳 Steps ⸻ 1️⃣ Heat the forge fires 🔥 Place heavy cast-iron skillet over high heat. Melt butter. Add potatoes and cook slowly for 15–20 minutes until deeply golden and crisp around the edges. The sound should crackle loudly through the hall like forge embers. Warm firelight reflects across black iron walls. ⸻ 2️⃣ Brown the sausage ⚒️ Add smoked sausage and onions. Cook until the sausage darkens and onions soften into rich golden color. Add garlic and smoked paprika. The smell should feel thick and smoky — pure Dwarven tavern atmosphere. Somewhere nearby: metal strikes metal in distant rhythm. ⸻ 3️⃣ Pour in the ale 🍺 Carefully pour dark ale into the hot skillet. Steam rises heavily upward through the firelight. Let everything simmer until glossy and rich. The sauce should coat the potatoes and sausage like thick tavern gravy. ⸻ 4️⃣ Melt the mountain cheese 🧀 Scatter cheddar generously across the skillet. Cover briefly until the cheese melts deeply into everything. The cheese should stretch heavily when served. No restraint. No elegance. Dwarf food. ⸻ 5️⃣ Serve Gimli-style ⚔️ Serve directly from the cast-iron skillet beside dark bread and mustard. Best eaten beside roaring forge fires beneath the mountains of Middle-earth. #lordoftherings #hobbit #gimli #middleearth #Recipe
