The strategy will be as follows. They will launch a full review of what took place. This will take months if not a year to complete. This will take all the heat off them and all the evidence will be doctored to protect all the civil servants involved and the findings will be that all measures were taken to protect the public and the method was humane. Business as usual nobody accountable.
