painter here. worked in housing commissions. went to a client's hose that had many cats. the cat litter was never emptied he just kept topping the litter up, this thing was the size on Mt Everest... then a cat took a shit in his frying pan that was on the stove, the man proceeded to flick the shit out in the sink put it back on the stove and then asked us if we wanted any bacon and eggs. needless to say I called rspca on him. hopefully those poor cats got taken away. 🥺

nursing student here, i once cleaned up someone’s poo and didn’t realize it got on my sleeve til i was writing down a chart and it smeared over the paper 😭 i absolutely stripped down in the middle of my shift and threw away and washed what i was wearing in the sink and bleached it when i got home 😭 safe to say it definitely made me rethink my degree

a paramedics friend told me about Soup Leg Man, a trucker was driving erratically so he got pulled over but he was near unresponsive they called paramedics. she said the smell hit her first and when she looked at his pant leg at the shin it was concaved. lifted up the pant leg and his shin bone was exposed due to untreated diabetes eating away at his flesh, making it look like soup. paramedics are stronger then I am

Paramedic buddy had a call to the spider lady. The entire ceiling of her house was coated in spider webs the floors covered in typical hoarder junk, when they went to lift her onto the stretcher, spiders ran out from under her, and on her way out vomited pure black gunk that my buddy described as the most disgusting nightmare inducing thing he has ever seen and smelled come out of someone who's still alive. he's pretty sure a few spiders might have crawled into her mouth and wound up in her stomach
