As a Yardmaster I was on the road channel listening out, defect detector went off like normal but called out an odd number of axles. Nobody said anything but I still find it very funny for whatever reason

I heard this all the time back when I worked on the Floridian from DC to Chicago. it was either CSX or Norfolk Southern detectors. we had 48 axles too.
