I just really hate how they tried to show us how Rory never had troubles eating, she’s the kind of girl that orders a burger instead of a salad on a first date, the cool girl who eats. The thing is, it’s only okay to eat this much and to love food this much when you’re skinny like Rory and you can see it with how she called the ballerina a “hippo”. Now we don’t know what’s that ballerina’s relationship with food, but she wasn’t as slim as Rory so that meant she obviously ate her food. And maybe she ate even less that Rory but her metabolism maybe is just slower than Rory’s. But again, in tv shows they always show these cool girls eating like crazy but looking so so slim. And then when one actually eats and actually looks like she eats, then it’s a problem. Honestly Rory pmo so bad. Calling her a hippo but acting like this girl who loves food so so much the entire show is so hypocrite.

Lorelai is still that teenage girl that was controlled and not allowed to do anything. Her lifestyle is a teen girls dream, eating ice cream in bed at any time of the night, binge watching movies, eating Chinese take out for day, eating pizza multiple times a week.

It’s so wild how they’re always talking about food but neither one sits down long enough to eat it and I think somebody else pointed this out to me so I wasn’t very original, but it occurred to me that they were right when they said that they never paid for anything it looks. They just walked in and grabbed what they wanted and didn’t pay a thing ever. Correct me if I’m wrong somebody else mentioned it and I was thinking I didn’t think I ever saw them pay for it either
