Any chance it’s watermelon? I had one of mine end up in the er pooping blood. Everyone was concerned. Lots of tests….it was watermelon

Not trying to scare you but when my son pooped blood, he was diagnosed with Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome (blood and immune disorder which causes low to no platelets, easy bleeding or bruising, eczema, easy catching viruses). Ask your dr to check his platelet levels 🙏
