It's not so much about losing the volume as skin elasticity, she has a bit of sagginess and this is the missing fat from the upper part of your face

I have this too, although not nearly as pronounced. I’ve asked several injectors to fill that specific area, but they always seem to avoid it. Could you explain how you would approach filling it?
